# Cochild

> Cochild is Singapore's court-aligned co-parenting platform: an all-in-one, child-centric app that helps divorced and separated parents manage access schedules, communication, maintenance payments, and well-being with less conflict. Built by founder Erik Ingvoldstad from personal experience. Currently in beta; early access is open at https://cochild.com/.

Cochild is designed around Singapore's family justice system (Family Justice Courts, MSF, NCSS) but its approach applies to co-parenting generally. Everything in the app is documented and tamper-proof, so the record of what actually happened is never in dispute.

## What the platform does

- **Court-Aligned Scheduling**: Court-verified access schedules with real-time change requests, one-tap pickup/drop-off confirmation, no-show flagging, and automatic compliance logging. Every amendment must be agreed by both parents.
- **Structured Communication**: AI-filtered messaging and recorded calls with transcription. When a message crosses the line, Cochild AI rewrites it into something neutral before it is sent. Every interaction is documented and tone-monitored.
- **Maintenance Payments**: Automated bank transfers via PayNow matched to the court-ordered amount. Missed or partial payments are logged automatically; every payment is timestamped and verified.
- **Kid Mode**: A dedicated, child-safe experience. Children see their schedule, message approved contacts, and record daily mood check-ins - completely shielded from adult conflict.
- **The Harmoniser**: Mental well-being tracking for parents. A harmony score built from compliance, conflict levels, stress, and sleep signals, with early nudges towards support before burnout.
- **LegalHub**: Court date tracking, AI-assisted case preparation, Singapore Statutes access, traffic-light document verification, and one-click court-ready compliance reports.
- **For Government & Courts**: An anonymised, population-level dashboard giving FJC, MSF, and NCSS real-time insight into post-divorce conflict patterns, compliance trends, and child well-being signals.
